5 stars Chad arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm his arrival time. There was no "sell' involved at all. I asked for info on 10 yr vice lifetime warranty and decided for 100 dollars more lifetime was the way to go. He was done replacing all parts within 2 hours...impressive .Will do business again. We got the company off angies list and ,although we forgot about the 5% discount, I'm well satisfied with result

The technician, Michael, showed up on time, was polite, efficient. He explained what he was going to do. He initially was going to replace a part, but discovered that it was a bad wire instead and fixed that instead of charging for a new part. Overall, I can recommend Precision.

Precision Door Service came through for my door again. A lift cable on my garage broke. I called Precision at 10:30a on a Thursday,and they were at my house at 12:30p. Devin Malle quickly assessed the door problem and advised me that all of the work would be covered under warranty. Devin was very personable as well as professional and quickly fixed the problem. I did also recommend Precision Door to my neighbor, including Devin, and my neighbor did use Precision Door for his specific needs. 5 STARS for Precision Door Service and 5 STARS for Devin Malle!

Service was great. Called First thing in the morning. They came out the same day within a couple of hrs. Sean Smith came within the given time, looked at the repair needed, gave me an estimated time and cost. told him to go ahead with the work. He had to go back to the shop and get some parts that he needed, but got back when he said he would. Within the hour he was done with the repair and everything is running smoothly. Great job. Would recommend.

Dan is the consummate professional from our initial introduction to project completion. Removal of the old and installation of the new garage door was extremely clean and efficient. The new door meets code, which had not raised by a competitor. And the door is so quiet during operation. I'm very pleased with the work done, the appearance of the door and the timely service. I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people. Would definitely recommend company.
