This is a great company. Our garage door springs broke and we were prisoners in our own house. We called Precision and they were here within a couple of hours. They promptly replaced the springs and fully serviced the door, including lubrication and replacement of some defective hardware. Our technician, Wesley, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only company we will consider calling for future garage door work.

A friend recommended Precision Garage Door to us. I called and they got us on the schedule right away. Frank kept me informed of his arrival time to our house. He let me know what needed to be done to fix our door, how long it would take and the cost. He was fast, accurate and the door works as good as new!

My first encounter with Precision was several years ago and I was so impressed by the service( a last minute, rather urgent matter) that I have continued with them ever since. This last visit was no different. Prompt, efficient and courteous.

Process could not have been easier: We had decided to replace our 17 year old opener. Call for an appointment. Service tech arrives early. Inspects existing system. Explains options for new garage door openers. Select a system. 45 minutes later system installed. Tech reviewed features of new opener. Pay Tech. Done!

We chatted on line and set up our appointment and they showed up in about an hour. They checked the door out and gave us an estimate. They gave us a good description of what needed to be done. We agreed with them and they had everything with them to repair our door. They both were very professional and finished the job. We are very happy with the work and the outcome. Thank you.

My daughter checked our neighborhoods APP and Precision was highly recommended. Jason was supposed to be my technician, but Austin Mattes stated that he was in the area and he came instead. He identified himself before explaining to me what he had to do. Austin was very professional. He drove a marked vehicle and was in uniform. It was very clear that he knew his job quite well. It took him very little time to fix the problem. I give Precision 5 stars and Austin Mattes 10 stars. Thanks again Austin for a job well done.

The first things I noticed was that your truck was new and clean and your tech was professionally dressed. The tech was great! He knew what he was doing and offered me options regarding the door repairs. Before I retired, I dealt with contractors and learned that companies who maintain their equipment can be counted on to do a good job and at a reasonable price.

Tim was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is probably one of the five or six best service persons of ANY type service we've ever had over more than forty years. You should be very proud to have him. Easily a five star.
