First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.

Very quick service called around 10:45 am they called me and arrived at 12:15 pm. Chet was very polite. gave us some options. We made our choice, he installed the new equipment and did it very quick and professional. Explained how it works and was on his way. We have never had a garage door soooooo silent. Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to. And the gentleman that came out was very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done, explained it to me, and helped me with my payment. I'm thankful for Precision.

2/16/15 My appointment time was scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. Technicians Chad and Mike arrived @11:49am - within the hour of my phone call. Both were professions and introduced themselves. Chad listened to my concerns, examined the door and rollers. Then repeated my concerns back to me to ensure he understood...THAT ALONE IMPRESSED ME!! He didn't attempt to scam or cheat me as a single woman but explained the problem areas in easy to understand terms. Chad and Mike were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would gladly recommend Precision highly. Thanks a highly satisfied client!

On a Saturday our garage door spring just broke. I called Precision and they had Jason out by 4:30 the same day. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable man. After looking at the door, he explained to us to what had happened and gave us options to resolve it. He replaced the spring, rollers, bracing in practically no time. I thought he was just getting started when he was already done. He also made suggestions about our garage door opener as it was original equipment when the house was built so we had him to install a new one made by Precision themselves. His knowledge and pride about the company was a big selling point. There was no pressure of any kind and we were thoroughly impressed with the whole process in dealing with both Precision and Jason. We highly recommend using Precision Door Service when you have the need. We cannot thank you enough for your quick response time and no extra charges for weekend work.

We had been having trouble with our garage door hitting the cement garage floor with a big bang. I called Precision Door that had serviced our door a few years ago and was told they'd send a repair man the same day. The repair man called me and set up a time to service the door that same day. He also called when he was on the way. When he arrived, he checked out the door opener system including the spring. He described what he would do to not only solve the problem, but to keep it from happening in the future. A major part of the repair was replacement of the spring. When he finished with the repair, he opened and closed the door many times to make sure it worked well. He was polite throughout the repair process. I was very happy with the Precision Garage Door service. The door opener works very well and we don't hear it hit the floor loudly. We've used Precision Door Service twice in the last eight years and will certainly call them again.

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.

I found Precision on Angie's List and was impressed with their ratings. Quick service - called in the morning and had an estimate in my hand that afternoon. Service Tech called to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. After installation, the tech explained all the controls and cleaned up before departing. The Tech installed a 16X7 garage door and a new opener and was done in 3 1/2 hours. All the staff; office, sales and service have been great. Everyone has told me to call with any questions or problems. Very pleased with the door and opener!
