Not Happy with my Service, We are a Military Family and my spouse it’s a Real Estate Agent! We had searched prices around and the cost for Spring replacements were around $400 mark when the Rep Texas showed up we feel he used the Bait and switch tactics with his presentation and lab top, he never showed us the high end we where paying for he just showed the prices and with all the different types of springs you carry how do we know which one is which,,, And to top it off and confirm our suspicions of being taken bye his bait and switch sales tactic, On his way to his truck after we paid him he even Yahoo to his truck saying “ I love Saturday’s overtime! We are really considering putting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since we feel we were taking advantage of our situation and we’re a Victim of your unethical business Bait and switched Practices!

My experience with Precision was wonderful. Wes, is AMAZING!!! It was time for the yearly maintenance on my garage door rollers and springs. I am so glad that Wes was the tech. He took the time to explain upgrades & options that was available to help my door function at its best. He was so very positive, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, patient & pleasant. His customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I will definitely be a life long customer because of Wes.

Wesley was able to arrive early (he called first to confirm it would work for me which is appreciated) and was an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Made appointment thru the website. Easy to follow process. Repairman let me know he was running a little late, arrived as promised based on his call. He diagnosed the issue(broken spring), explained the solutions and pointed out alternatives. Provided pricing and options. Prices were within anticipated ranges. His repairs were complete and he fully explained warranty process and recommended owner servicing. Door is functioning properly and is much quieter.

I saw an ad on TV and knew I needed a service for a repair. Called them, happily was greeted by a lovely person, got the date & time that I wanted a service attendant for the repair. On day of service, was called 30 mins in advance of appt time to say they would be there at the time I needed. Service person showed up, evaluated the door, provided an estimate, made the repair, hauled off the damage items, and was paid and gone within 20-30 mins. He was educational, friendly and very good at the repair. Very Happy Customer!!!
