June/2022, Precision Doors installed 2 new Genie motors as well as all rails, and anything else need to do a complete install. Recently, one door started a clicking, and other made a jaring sound when opening. On 10/29, I called. Next appointment available was 10/30 , would not meet my schedule, so appointment made for 10/31, between 8-12. Later received note change to 8-10. At approximately 8:00, Tim the technician texted, and arrived at 8:27. 5 rating for punctuality He assessed my complaint and quickly started to determine problem. Explained in detail cost and how long job would take. 5 rating for professional Explanation Did not waste time and I was extremely satisfied. 5 rating for Satisfaction. If I owned a company, I would hire him. Precision Doors is fortunate to have a TOTALLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED employee. Thank you Walter 10/31/2024

I first called them a couple of years ago after we had moved into the area and I was so impressed that I saved them in my phone. Tim the technician was on time. He was straight to the point. He tried to save us from purchasing a new garage door motor. He tried everything. He said that he didn’t feel comfortable leaving till we had a new door motor. He was happy to wait for an answer from my wife. We are on one income . I don’t work due to a life threatening injury. And he wait over an hour till my wife gave answer. She was at work. I felt bad that he had to wait with a trainee. But installed the new motor very professionally. And he answered my questions about the he was doing. I would recommend him to install stuff

My experience was 10/10. I knew we had a large repair so I wanted a garage door company that has been around for a long time and would be able to honor the parts & labor warranties, if need be, down the road. My technician was Tim and he was phenomenal! He was not only on time but called to let me know he was running early, was very professional, not pushy with upgrades and extremely helpful from beginning to the end.
