This company is awesome! They arrived within the 2-hour window. Also, they called 15 - 20 minutes prior to arrival. WOW! As advertised, what a great company and technician, Sean Smith. My wife saw the $98.00 special for new door rollers, tune & lube and asked me to schedule service. Right from the start the phone was answered in a friendly, professional manner. Shortly after I made the appointment an email was sent to me verifying the home info,day,time of appointment(between 2&4)and the technician's name. About 1:30 I got a call from Sean, stating that he should be here by 2:00. He was also very curtious and professional on the phone, I was looking forward to meeting him. Around 2:05 the Precision truck pulls up and I meet Sean in the garage. I was immediately impressed with his business knowledge, combined with his positive, pleassant nature, it was very enjoyable meeting him. He completed the service in no time and also did a free 25 point safety inspection on the door. He reviewed the problem areas he found with me. I know I will call Precision again when those problem areas on my door need to be fixed. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

One spring broke. Replaced both springs, bearings cable & drum and all the rollers. $690 total. Seems like The $49.95 service call fee should be waived when you have the work done. Sean did a great installation job, explained step by step the pros and cons of replacing each part. Also came same day and stayed to 10 pm to fix the door.

I am extremely pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. By coincidence, our old garage door opener broke while our bathroom contractor was working in the house. He recommended Precision, and I took that referral based on my excellent experience with that contractor alone. I had not heard of Precision prior to this referral, but my experience with them earned them FIVE STARS; I would recommend them to anyone. The assigned technician was very professional. Mr. Shawn Smith arrived for the appointment exactly on time. He was very methodical in figuring out what had happened, and used a checklist to go over the condition of the equipment with me. After explaining the most likely cause of the failure, he made an appointment for the next day to replace the springs, balance the door and install a new garage door opener. Once again, he was exactly on time. His work was outstanding and especially clean, using existing holes and wiring as much as possible. It looks like an original install rather than a repair/replacement. In addition to being highly professional, Mr. Smith was also very pleasant to deal with. I especially appreciated the upfront explanation of the costs for the services and equipment. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Precision demonstrated great technical expertise and high standards of customer service; I will not hesitate to call on them again.

We had always used a different garage door company and were happy with their service. We just purchased a home and needed a new garage door installed - the other company ended up not having the door we had ordered and so I called Precision. I discovered our 50 year old garage door was no longer able to be locked. It has the original door luck. I googled garage door and I clicked on your listing. I was impressed with your web page and all the information. I called your Jacksonville office and spoke with Chellcy. She sent Jason out with in two hours after the call. He arrived and I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a new garage door. He looked at my door and told me your company no longer sold my style of door that opens at a 90* on a hinge with two springs. He was very polite and helped me with securing my garage door by using two screw drivers. he was hear less than fifteen minutes. It is nice two know that I can still use my garage door and secured it from coming open and it was nice of him to help me to solve my problem with locking the door. Have a nice day; David W Durban

Repairman was very nice, and polite. I was a little confused with time, because when I called appt. was set for between 10 and 12, but email said 8 to 10. Repairman was supposed to be Frank but that wasn't the guy that showed up. Anyway, the guy that did come came at around 10 and was very nice..worked out, that's all that matters.
