He was extremely competent and was sure to explain everything he was doing and show me the parts that needed to be replaced and why. He was very pleasant and made certain that the area where he was working was clean when he completed his work. I will absolutely rely on Precision for all of our garage door needs in the future.

The technician, (Sean) arrived prior to appointment time which has never happened to me before. Previous experience with service companies included late arrivals and excuses why the job can not be completed today. I requested that additional parts be replaced upon inspection of the old parts. All parts requested were replaced and the technician completed the job early. He explained all of the costs of parts and labor and even called the office to ask for a discount. I was very please with his work and professional attitude. This is what customer service should be at every company.

Right off the bat he knew my spring had broken while trying to lift the door. He replaced the spring and adjusted the garage door opener. Tim came out and did a great job.He ended up replacing the spring/drum/cable rollers and in about a 1/10th of the time I could have done it and he did it right. He spent a fair amount of time educating me and showing me the various options for repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for the great job. I'll also be posting a review on angie's list where I found the coupon for inspection and roller upgrade . Tim is a nice guy and great at his job.

I scheduled an appointment to review my garage door which was broken. Sean was at site on time (a little early even!) and was extremely knowlegable and professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a full set of options, and allowed me to make a confident decision. I have ordered a door and opener appropriate for my needs and budget. This "no pressure" consult was a great experience. I'll let you know how the actual installation goes next week.

I was pleased with the same day service, this was unexpected but much appreciated. I was apprehensive because I was unsure of how bad the damage was and what type of quote I was looking at. Sean, the technician, arrived when he said he would and professionally walked me through his analysis of the damage and estimate for repairs. Precision is up to date with current technology making paperwork painless and eco-friendly. The work was done steadily and professionally. I called Precision at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and Sean had the door fixed with a complete repair by approximately 7pm.

THE SERVICE MAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE, EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED AND WHY..... WE KNEW WE HAD A BROKEN SPRING....HOWEVER WE HAD TO HAVE BOTH SPRINGS REPLACED AND THE ROLLERS....
