First, I will admit I was skeptical on their 2 hour guarantee but to my surprise that is exactly what I got!! Sean was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't even think I was crazy when I said the door was possessed because it would close and then reopen on its own free will and screamed like a banshee. He laughed when it closed and reopened and said "Oh, this is an easy fix!". To my surprise it was just a screw loose (nope not in me but on the door). And he heard it screaming as it opened and closed so he knew the demon possessing it would need to be completely eradicated! Sean explained that the demon was actually the rollers and they were just old and cheap. He said it was an easy fix too and it was! Sean was able to fix the door and make me happy because it is quiet as a mouse now and he was able to eradicate that demon. AWESOME Service!! 5 STAR all the way

The first time I called you folks it was the promise of same day service-my garage door was stuck at "half mast". Your crew responded and fixed the problem quickly and with mimum disruption.I was impressed with the professional crew and their work. This time I called because of the first time. The door did not want to respond to the remote-Frank came in and fixed the problem within minutes-he too was professional-he could have taken me for a full blown repair-I don't know these things-an honest, quick diagnosis was greatly appreciated-good man-indicating a good company-

When my garage door broke, I was panicked! I called Precision Door Service and was put on the list to be worked in. Within a few minutes, I received a call from the technician, Sean, who told me he would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick response. He repaired my garage door, which was no easy task, and was extremely professional. He also pointed out that the spring was binding and needed replacing. I have that service scheduled next week. I choose Precision by your add in the Money and Mint Magazines, I also checked you out on the internet. Your website was very professional, when I called for an appointment your internet was down, but the CSR advised she would call me back ASAP, within 15 minutes she had returned my call and set my appointment. Sean was my technician, he was very polite and courteous. Told me up front what was needed and how much it would cost. Sean completed the repairs in about 2 hours, my garage door works great and is very quite. Thanks for the great service.

Our springs needed to be replaced, and we searched the web for a company to do the work. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected. Very satisfied with the interaction with the company, from initial contact to email's confirming the appointment with photo's of the technician provided to the repair itself. Completely satisfied and am very pleased Sean is our technician should we encounter ANY difficulties with the work performed. Five star customer service!

The service was excellent. They honored their comment to come within 2 hours or the service charge was waived. Sean was very personable and professional. He took care of getting my door back functioning that same day. The repair was not completed. There was a delay in getting one of the parts. After having to wait 7 days for the correct part to be shipped Michelle in customer service contact me daily to keep me informed. Michelle was very nice and courteous. A Job well done. I have 2 neighbors that have since asked me about my repair service with Precision Door. I gave great reviews and will refer anyone for garage door repair

I chose your company because your ad on Google Chrome came up on the top of the list and when I called the receptionist was courteous and I felt comfortable dealing with your company from that point forward. Sean did an excellent job even though the heat may have gotten to him and he wasn't feeling well but finished the job. I would recommend him and your company to anyone needing garage door work. The only thing I'm missing is I didn't see an owners manual anywhere so if I could have one sent to me I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I really liked the confirmation email with pictures of the technicians. It's a great idea to get confirmation of appointment and also for safety purposes, to know what the technician looks like to avoid letting a stranger into my home. You all were able to fix my door on the same day that i called. Terrific service!

This was my first experience with Precision. Sean arrived on time,was neat and courteous and checked out my problem. Seems that I inadvertently knocked the electric eye out of kilter and disabled the door.Corrected the problem, recommended replacement of springs but since we are retired and on a we fixed income,decided to hold off. No pressure from Sean, WILL RECOMMEND TO NEIGHBORS First impressions are lasting impressions

Garage door spring broke trapping the car in the garage. Precision sent someone out within about 2 hours of calling on a Sunday. Shaun did a full analysis of the garage door in case the spring breakage was due to an addition problem. He was very helpful explaining the state of the door (it's old) and options for repair and packages available for our situation. Had the door fixed within an hour (even repaired a dodgy sensor). Also explained how to lubricate and test the door before he left. Would definitely recommend to others.
