Called with a problem from lightning strike and within 2 hours Billy showed up and tried to repair the opener but, it was damaged too badly so he offered the install of a new belt drive system and I agreed. This is the quietest and smoothest opener I have ever had. Also programed the cars to open the door. Great service and people to deal with. Thanks to Billy and his company for the job well done.

For the second time, Precision Garage Door Service, has come to my rescue. Happily, you were able to replace the garage door opener/motor the same day I requested a service call. Congrats on excellent/timely scheduling, and communications with scheduler, technician/installer (Michael) and me! Very much appreciated to have Michael explain what needed to be fixed and why. Overhead garage door had a travel limit problem which was quickly repaired by technician Billy James. Everything was explained to us by tech as he made adjustments and repairs. He explained to us the future need for a replacement door (hurricane resistant) without trying to push any sales on us at this time. We appreciated that. We shall seriously consider replacement in the next few months. He gave us an estimate of the costs as well to replace the door. We were very happy with the service we received. (FIVE STARS)

I sent a comment earlier but I don't think it went thru. Anyway, very satisfied with Precision Garage Doors of Jacksonville. I have used 7 or 8 different garage door companies in the last 18 or so years never happy with any of them. I always feel like they are there to rip you off. I asked some of my friends for a a good garage door company and they all feel the same as I do. Anyway I as very pleased with the young man that installed my new garage door opener. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He did not pressure me on buying a more expensive model or purchasing any extra equipment, he even programmed my old door opener for me. I hope that I have found a company that I can count on for my garage door needs. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I called Precision when I was on my lunch break today around 1p.m.. Spoke with Catherine she took my information then stated that some one will be out today by 6. I received a call from technician Frank around 4 who said he would be earlier than 6. Frank was knowledgeable and fast. I will from now on call Precision and recommend themto friends and family.
