My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

Precision Door was awesome from start to finish. Called them when my garage door wouldn't close. They couldn't get a tech out that night but put me on the schedule first thing in the morning. Tech called me when he was on his way. Wes was my tech and he explained what was wrong with the garage and what my options were for repair with and without warranty. He was very professional and got the job done. I would highly recomment this company to neighbors and friends!

Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

When we discovered our garage door motor was no longer working at 1:00 PM, I called Precision (my neighbor had used this firm three years earlier for a door replacement and was very satisfied). Precision had a technician (Wes) on site by 4:30. Wes assessed the situation, explained the various options. Once I had chosen to replace the non-working motor and the springs, he quickly and efficiently installed the new components. The door works great again, and is so much quieter (a new belt drive replaced the former chain drive). Wes explained the new system thoroughly and could not have been more professional. We are very happy with our repair.
