When we discovered our garage door motor was no longer working at 1:00 PM, I called Precision (my neighbor had used this firm three years earlier for a door replacement and was very satisfied). Precision had a technician (Wes) on site by 4:30. Wes assessed the situation, explained the various options. Once I had chosen to replace the non-working motor and the springs, he quickly and efficiently installed the new components. The door works great again, and is so much quieter (a new belt drive replaced the former chain drive). Wes explained the new system thoroughly and could not have been more professional. We are very happy with our repair.

From my initial call for service to the tech saying thank you while walking away my experience was an A+. More or less woke up to a broken spring, garage door non-operable. 7:50 am placed a call to a very professional person answering and scheduling calls. Within 10 minutes had an intro call from tech with eta. Wes, tech, arrived by 8:30, very professional and attentive to everything including social distancing etc. My options and needs were explained, work commenced. Wes did his thing, showed confidence and professionalism in his efforts which made me feel very comfortable with the action plan. I chose your company from the website. I called to see if an appointment today was possible. The spring(s) in our door were broken and the car was in the garage.
