Precision was prompt and repaired the door in about 20 minutes. The company initially installed the door in Dec 2016 and removed the old door (and hauled it away) that was 45 yrs old). If you need a new door or repairs on an existing door call Precision. The company is professional and reasonably priced.

Michael fixes our door with the cheapest and best solution, even applying a coupon to help lower the price. Michael answered our call within 2 hours just as promised and in two short hours springs and a bracket were replaced then we were using the garage door again.

Michael Gavanditti came and quickly saw what was causing our problem. He installed new springs which solved the issue. Michael called to see if we wanted him to come early, which we were happy about. I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke with the owner Jason Sheppard. I told him about my problem with my garage door and he had someone out to my house later that afternoon. Mr. Sheppard was very helpful and polite. When the technician, Michael showed up to my house he diagnosed the problem. showed me the defective piece of equipment and quickly fixed my problem. He also took the time to give me some tips on running my garage door more smoothly to help extend the life of my garage door and opener. I was VERY pleased with the excellent service I recieved from Precision Doors and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.

Michael did a superb job! He called ahead, had what he needed on the truck, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, came out on a Sunday and price was reasonable. We are returning customers to Precision and we have never been disappointed. This time was to replace the backup battery. I called on Monday and they had someone out to replace it the next day. They also check everything else over while they are here. I like the fact that they send an email introducing the service person that will be coming out including his picture. Then they call when they are on the way and if for some reason they have to be late they let you know .

Michael was my service Technician and answered all my questions and was prompt and courteous. I chose your company by referral. Should I need you in the future I will certainly use you again. I was very satisfied with the service provided. Michael replaced a garage door cushion seal on the bottom of the garage door.
