Had a connection part give way between the opener and door. Precision has always been great to work with, so I asked them back. Key points: Very easy to schedule service. Tech called ahead as promised. Arrived on time, surveyed worked required, and provided estimate AND excellent explanation of his plan. Tech was Micheal G who is a very friendly and knowledgeable Technician. Service was very thorough and he provided excellent training. He Represents the very best in service and I will ask for him again when needed.

Our house was struck by lightning & fried the garage door opener on a Friday night. Since Precision had installed the opener, we called them on Saturday morning. Micheal was there that afternoon, very professional & knowledgeable. Replacement installed & operational with no issues. Michael even reset the car buttons & explained operational changes. Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time.
