We used Precision in our previous home and were always pleased with the service- prompt, courteous, and thorough. They never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Today was no exception. Dalton was here promptly;y at 8:00 to do our garage door tune up. He did the service and was honest with me about the fact that our garage door was in good shape. He also shared with me how to maintain it. We will always call on Precision for our garage door needs.

Very polite service rep. Was quick and diagnosed the problem. Didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener. A logic board was replaced and the door worked. The service rep. even programmed all the remotes.

Don’t make the mistake and call anyone else but these guys! I happened to come across them and they responded immediately, came out right away. They repaired the problem right away and while here went over everything else to make sure there were no other issues at no charge and were extremely fair with the charge. Hayden was amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. I cannot say enough but don’t use anyone else for your your door repairs.
