Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Jason was outstanding. Fix the problem quickly and efficiently spray the rails replaced the remote. All done within 30 minutes. Professional, courteous, friendly. I purchased the garage door and opener years ago. Still works great. Malfunction was my error. Keypad needed to be replaced.

They were able to schedule me for first thing the next day (a Saturday), called before they came and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment was for. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on their truck. On top of the repair I had them inspect and lube everything. Everything was done in less than 1 hr. You chose the right man when you employed Hayden who maintained a professional, cordial and personable manner during a challenging repair situation which presented a number of consecutive issues. He adjusted the door limits replaced the motor with one that itself was defective and had to be replaced, resolved a wiring problem, and changed out the chain system with a belt/track apparatus that resolved a different problem. Always maintaining a good sense of humor and a cordial professionalism, he was an outstanding representative of your company. Congratulations!

Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.
