I had no idea what was going on with the garage door and was able to make an appointment for the following business day. Hayden say phenomenal! He arrived on time, is very courteous and professional. He was able to isolate the issue and repair it very quickly and took the time to clean/oil the tracks of the other door as well! Definitely recommend and will be my ‘go-to’!

Paul M. Goricki

You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. Thank you to the nice young man who provided such good service.

Joe Chimelewski

Hayden called to let us know when he was arriving and once onsite he was informative, and helpful in every way. He was professional and did not pressure us to do anything above the service we asked for. Such a refreshing experience considering the lack of professionalism and work ethics displayed by most in the customer service field today. Thank you for a job well done.

Greg Parker

Outstanding service as always. Very thorough of covering everything done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Claudia Buckley

I received really good service from Precision today. Hayden called to let me know what time he would be arriving, and he arrived right on time. Hayden also explained what he was going to do to repair my garage door problem, and he did everything that he told me that was going to be done. I would recommend this company, and also Hayden to my family and friends. Thank you Percision

He kept me informed of each aspect of the job--from the spring installation and tensioning, bearing replacement, bottom rubber seal strip, and final drive hook-up and testing. Great work!! We needed to repair our garage door and opener . Hayden did a very thorough job . Everything is back to where it was 20 years sgo. This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.

I had an exceptional experience with Hayden Saari, the garage door repairman, from start to finish. He arrived early for the appointment, which was a pleasant surprise, and even gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival to confirm that I was available—something I really appreciated. As soon as he arrived, Hayden greeted me politely and professionally. From the beginning, it was clear that he was not only very knowledgeable but also passionate about his work. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire repair process, step by step, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. What really stood out to me was how Hayden offered multiple quotes and options that matched both my needs and budget—no pressure, just honest guidance. On top of that, he went the extra mile by giving me a detailed overview of how to prevent similar issues in the future and even shared helpful pointers on potential upgrades that could improve the efficiency and longevity of my garage door system. His attention to detail was incredible. Hayden not only completed the repair efficiently but also cleaned and carefully inspected every component to make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to see such dedication. Overall, Hayden went above and beyond my expectations. His customer service was top-notch, and it's clear he truly cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. Truly a five-star experience!
