This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.
