We had an upgrade to parallel other household work... this included a new opener, door alignment, new springs, external controller. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The linking of the opener to cars and smart phones was much easier than we had anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased by the quality, price, and service. Our installer Frank could not have been more pleasant, helpful, or knowledgable.

We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased with their work. A bracket from the original door installation snapped, causing the springs to release and the garage door to free fall closed. Precision got a repairman out here in a few hours and he fixed everything back to like-new. Well done!

After reading the reviews of Precision Door Service, I decided to give the company a try today. I had them do general maintenance on my door & to replace the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. And I’m sure happy I did. The technician Frank called to let me know when he would be arriving at my house, he was on time, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The repairs were done and the entire service call exceeded my expectations! Finally a company who provides great service with well trained technicians! Frank Cassidy did an excellent job on our garage door tune-up and roller replacement. He was fast and very thorough. He called in advance of arriving to let us know when he would arrive and he arrived well within the time window given to us. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as we purchased our garage door opener from them and they have performed tune-up services for us before and since that time. Our garage door opener and peripheral equipment all work well and the door is very quiet.

Frank was the wonderful technician that serviced my garage door. He has 10+ years with the company so extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a townhouse that is just over a year old. However, the bottom roller on the left side of the door kept jumping the track making the door inoperable. Frank quickly assessed the problem. Original rollers were hard rubber which were basically garbage. He explained they were scooting along the track instead of rolling. New nylon rollers were installed in a matter of minutes and door is rolling along smoothly. Excellent service and I greatly appreciate that he took time to show me and explain just what was causing the problem. He also gave me a heads up as to what to expect from the cheap spring the builder had installed. Will definitely be using Precision for any future garage door needs.

Terrific! I have had both my garage door openers replaced by Precision, different times. Their staff is timely, per appointment, go right to work and complete the job quickly and correctly. This time was a broken wire on one of the sensors. The problem was corrected under warranty in record time on Saturday! I would recommend this firm anytime.
