Wow my old garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision at 8:00 AM and the technician was at my home at 10:30 AM. Aside from the price being right for me, the technician, Colton Coffel, was professional and not pushy in the way he approaches me with what NEEDED to be replaced: critical (cables and drums) not so critical (rollers and touch). From there I concluded that he is honest and that I’m going to go for Precision Garage. Why? Because he did not recommend to get my 21-year old Genie motor and accessories replaced. Colton says they’re still in good working condition. (Although in my opinion I may have to get them replaced in a year or two — just so I have a more reliable garage door opener, and I’m going to hire Precision again; and I’d like Colton to do the job — as a special request. The price range quoted is between $700 to $800 out the door. Hopefully, the price won’t go higher by then.) A few years ago there are two other companies that looked at the motor and they recommended to get it replaced! This tells me they’re just trying to sell products and don’t care much about their customers. I very strongly recommend Precision Garage to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage door service company.

We just moved to a new place. We had had garage door opener and accessories replaced at our old home with great results. We planned the same at our new home when on 9/22/25, the door jammed half way down when we closed it. I released the electronics- still jammed. I called Percision ~7PM that evening, and a technician was at our home by 8:45 9/23/25!!! He had "never seen this problem." But he diagnosed it and fixed it. Quite a few parts needed to be replaced. We love our new, quiet and working door. The technician was friendly, polite, neat and explained things well. At the end, he didn't mind waiting while I drove from Laterra Links Circle to the Slammer & Squire golf course to pick up my wife's remote so that he could program it. We are extremely satisfied all around.

We had a garage pad replaced and it had been installed since 2017 and never had to even replace the battery! The battery holder was worn when looked at by the tech. Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!
