My garage door opener suddenly quit working. I called Precision around 1:30 PM and they said they could have someone out the same afternoon. The technician Colton arrived, evaluated the opener, and recommended I get a new opener. I am not surprised since it was over 20 years old. He had a new opener on the truck, got to work, and had everything working in a couple of hours. He was very nice and courteous. It is so nice to have a new updated opener! I definitely recommend Precision Door Service based on my experience!

when ai moved into delwebb the developer contracted a garage door company for our homes. i had an emergency, they told me it would be three weeks! i assure you i will never use their contractor again. Precision is fantastic, they came out immediately! Price was reasonable. Excellent technician. i even got a written thank you??

Delighted by eventual response to my call to repair a keypad issue. Colton was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Reason for "eventual" is that I received no response to my initial online request for an appointment thru the PD website. Apparently, there is little connection between the website and the local office which needs to be addressed. Otherwise, great service!

I chose Precision due to Google rating and ability to contact them just before closing and immediately after discovering my garage door opener quit working. They were able to come the next morning with a new opener and all needed supplies to bring my old door up to snuff. Colton and Alton did an excellent job, were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained how all the parts worked and pros and cons of new versus repair of several components. The price was right too!!

Your Technician Colton is a great representative for your company as well as explaining and pointing out things that were going on with my door. He made several recommendations of some parts that might need some attention in the future in addition to the broken springs that needed replaced.
