Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. Everyone that I dealt with your company was very professional. From the initial phone call to the installation technician. Also, yours was the only company that came out to see what was required prior to quoting. All other companies did not feel the need to see and provided quotes sight unseem. I had to provide your specifications to make sure I was being quote the same. Although slightly higher I went with your company because of your professionalism. Keep up the good work!

Garage door spring broke. Couldn't get vehicle out of garage. Service tech came that night and replaced broken spring until new door replacement arrived. After trying two times to have my garage door serviced by the company who installed it (they supposedly sent technicians to my home twice; I haven't seen anyone yet), I found Percision through Google. I called and set up an appointment, and 5 minutes later, Percision sent me an email confirming my appointment and they also let me know what technician would be coming along with a picture (I really appreciate that). Five minutes after that, the technician called and said he was running early on his appointments and could be to my home in 15 mintues. And 45 minutes after that, my garage door was fixed. I have never experienced such awesome customer service with ANY other company providing any kind of service to my home. Chris McBee was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will surely tell everyone I know about Precision!

Wonderful, wonderful service -I can not rave enough about the service. I called late Saturday night and they had a technician out Sunday for me early so I could carry on with my work week and not be hassled with no access to my vehicle. Frank was prompt,courteous and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I suggested the 2 springs for the door instead of only one which the door had. He did not.
