I had a new garage door and opener installed. All technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jose did the first visit, looked at the situation, and considered several options for me. He did not try to "up-sell" me and explained options well and completely answered my questions. Jeremiah and his colleague (can't recall his name) were personable and efficient in the installation phase. They explained functions and answered my questions. Jeremiah even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company, whether for service and new installation. My garage door action is much quieter now!

Start with the lady who took my call. She was excellent. She made sure I had same day service due to broken spring, so my door could not even be raised manually. Then technician Nick raced to my home from across town to get here before I had to leave for a school pickup. He replaced the spring quickly and it was covered under my lifetime warranty. It now works perfectly. Thanks for great service.

Precision scheduled me the same day I called and gave me the name of the technician (Tim). Tim called earlier and informed me he had a customer who had rescheduled, and he would be here in 20 minutes. Tim assessed the problem and damage and gave me an estimate based on what needed to be done to fix the damage and what I wanted to be done. Long story short, he finished the work in the time he said it would take, and on the estimate he gave me. I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and material used. I highly recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs are.
