The service was practically immediate! From the time I made the call to the arrival of the technician was within an hour, to replace a broken spring. I had been contemplating upgrading the almost 19 year garage door opener for a couple of years. The product was on the truck and installed in a timely and professional manner. Reggie called and even showed up a little early. I was having the doors inspected because they were sounding a bit clunky. He obviously knew a lot about garage doors. He fixed a loose board and explained how to do monthly maintenance. He convinced me an annual inspection is a good idea.

I was having a wifi problem with my garage door opener. I was out of town and needed it to be fixed asap. I called Precision and they sent Reggie out to install a new opener. Within 1-1/2 hours of my call, my opener was installed and I am very, very happy. I'm just tickled with my new opener, remotes and keypad. Great job Reggie.

Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.
