I searched online for companies to repair my broken garage door and decided to call Precision and after my service today I was glad I went with you guys! I was very happy with the technician, Jon, he did a very good job was very nice and explained to me what the door needed. i chose Precision based on research conducted on the Internet. The search engine i used directed me to your company. Other than the price (we consumers always want it done for less)my expectations were surpassed. I had tension springs replaced. (One broke and the technician suggested i change the other.) I also had and upgrade to one of the cross bars on my door.

I chose Precision from their online ad because they offered a 2 hour appointment time--ON A SUNDAY!! Because one of the springs on our garage door broke sometime during the night before, our vehicles were trapped. So, we were in emergency mode: no cars = no work!! After calling Precision a little after 12 noon, Precision tech Jon Snider arrived about an hour later and set about diagnosing the problem and fixing other things that were wrong with the door because our builder cut corners 13 years earlier. While not cheap, the job was done professionally and efficiently and worth every penny! (Jon even did a few extra little things at no charge.) And Jon was as personable and polite as he could be!! And strong too: he lifted our broken double-garage door all by himself with hardly a grimace and refused to let me help for fear of damaging the door or myself! I could not be more satisfied with the service from Jon and Precision.

Tommy is one of the best assets you've got at Precision. He was persistent in getting the conversion just right. He was replacing the infamous 'Torquemaster' with a new set of Precision springs and the weight of the door was tricky. But Tommy stayed with it, having to disassemble the spring combination he tried at first. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a first-rate job. I would recommend him to anybody.

Frank called ahead, arrived on time and efficiently went about servicing our door. He explained what was done and the current condition of our door (old and will need replacing before too long). When asked he shared the cost of a new door but did not try to push anything. A very positive experience.

Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. I was amazed when I called your company on a Friday evening and found out that there is no additional charge for "after-hours" repairs. I parked my truck, loaded with my stuff in the bed, in my garage for my early Saturday morning plans and the torsion springs broke when my wife got home and hit the opener, so my truck was stuck inside. I called your company and Frank Cassidy came out that evening, on time, and replaced the two torsion springs. He took the time to explain to me how they work, why the break, how long a normal life of a spring is, and looked over all of the other aspects of my garage door system. Very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate your service and will be calling you the next time I need something done that is garage door related.

Also, yours was the only company that came out to see what was required prior to quoting. All other companies did not feel the need to see and provided quotes sight unseem. Without a doubt I strongly recommend Precision and especially Chris. He was on time and it was obvious as soon as he walked in that he knew what he was doing.
