Had a power failure and opened the door manually. The door detached from the metal connection to the chain drive. Frank showed up a few hours after I called and repaired the door in less than 1 hour. Improved it actually.

Frank responded to our request for service in a timely manner. He was very easy to talk to, and took the time to make sure we understood how to install a new 9V battery in the garage door opener and keep the opener maintained. Precision Door was amazing!! I had an emergency today because I had a subcontractor doing tile work here. I called at 11:00 and they were here by 1:39! Frank was an amazing technician And he had my garage door working in about 30 minutes. Cables were much thicker than Original Overhead Garage Door. The chain on one of the pulley mechanisms got twisted and our garage door wouldn't . close. This happened on a Sunday. We've used Precision Door in the past, so we called them, thinking that we'd have to leave a message and wait for a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed the door quickly. The gentleman was extremely nice and made sure that everything was working well before leaving. The customer service , which many businesses fall short on lately, was great and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs.
