Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.

After having my garage door open er quit working n tried for a week everything so I called Precison I called Precision garage door OPENER n they scheduled that they would send a specialist out n scheduled appointment the say afternoon. At around 3 oo the arrived earlier. He introduced himself, MICHAEl .He diagosed the situalion and determined that a switch was defective n then checked out the rest of the system. I watched him he was a very smart person n i would highy recommend Percision n Michaels to anyone. Great service from Precision Garage Door Service. Both technician Dalton and Ray were very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining what was the problem what parts needed and the cost for each part. I booked the appointment 1 hour before the technician arrived. It took them in total of 45 min finding the issue and fixing.

Quick and easy to book an appointment. I had two broken springs that did not allow my door to open. The work was done in about an hour and it came with a two year warranty Definitely recommend!

Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Called 11:30am on Sunday and the tech, Noah, arrived the same afternoon. He replaced the entire spring assembly with a better system. More importantly, he didn't just fix the problem and run. He took the time to go over the entire system. The doors had a lot of play and drove me crazy on windy days. He tightened everything down and now no rattle. Excellent work!

Hayden, the service technician, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue, gave me a few repair options, and was able to complete the work right then. The repair took about 1.5 hours, and everything was back to working perfectly. Great service!
