Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.

Excellent job! Colton was very good at his job of fixing my garage door. When he told me it had not had several replacements since 2001, that explained everything. The cost was high, but has a 5 year warranty. He made a list, and I did too, of things to replace, repair, etc. He said the company trained him to do this. I am an educator and value training like this. I will be recommending Precision at our next board meeting and to other garage owners on our property and of course to our CAM, property manager on site. Our job involved replacing two 38 year old doors and openers. Dan, our installer arrived ahead of schedule. After introductions, he went right to work. Dan was very methodical. You could tell he was experienced and took pride in his work. When the job was finished, he vacuumed and left our garage probably cleaner than at the start. Before leaving Dan gave me an overview of all the new features and answers to all my questions. Dan completed the work in a little under 7 hours. I'm completely satisfied with the work, and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision was quick to come out after our house was struck by lightning and killed our garage door opener. Noah was an excellent technician trying his hardest to help us from having to purchase a new one.
