Garage door broke at 12:45 pm on a Friday, I figured we wouldn’t get it fixed until Monday. Called Precision Door and they had it repaired by 2:15 on that same Friday. Michael was a professional and knowledgeable tech, he is an asset to your company.

First contact with another company showed after a week and person could not do repair. Was told that he and his senior repair person would show the next day. He did show but the senior repair person did not. Job was not completed. Called Precision that same afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning. Repairman showed up early the next day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Nice, friendly guy and quite knowledgeable about the door and suggested areas for me to consider repair in the future. Did not try and sell me the parts or service. Just made recommendations. Will use this company in future.

The service was practically immediate! From the time I made the call to the arrival of the technician was within an hour, to replace a broken spring. I had been contemplating upgrading the almost 19 year garage door opener for a couple of years. The product was on the truck and installed in a timely and professional manner. We only had minor issues with creaks and pops when opening and closing the garage doors that the original company that installed them could not fix. The Precision tech properly adjusted everything and was excellent at explaining what was causing the problem and how it could be addressed.
