Worked with both Kalen King and Chad Martin on two days to get my garage door opener going again. Initial problem was sensors, but I’d been seeing error messages on the spring and tensioner. Kalen said both were weak, and tensioners aren’t being made anymore, but I might find one on line and install it myself. I’m not very handy. The only other option was a new motor, quite pricy. I’m nervous about spring failure so I chose to have it replaced, opted to not worry about the tensioner, as it could last awhile. Repairs were made. Unfortunately for me, the tensioner must have been waiting for a chance to fail, as it did shortly after. So called the next morning, Chad showed up 2 hr later, gave me my options, I chose a motor, he installed it and reset up my remotes. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, well equipped and honest. Glad I chose Precision.

When Matthew came by to give me an estimate for my Garage Door, he is very personable and answered all of my questions. He's very attentive to the environment to make sure I had everything that I needed. When Dan and Franklin came to replace the garage door, they were on time, pleasant and did a great job. We had a relative run into our garage door with their car, and wanted to fix it as affordably as possible and avoid taking a hit on the car insurance (car was completely fine, just got a touch of paint on her license plate cover lol). Cameron was awesome!!! He was super awesome and did not try to upsell me at all! He told me he repairs more often than replacements, but he was also honest about how much he could realistically do for me (one part that had rolled could be buffed out some but may lead to panel gap, the handle that broke off the front couldn’t be replaced, etc). I asked about replacing just the bottom two panels because the top two were free of defect, but the cost between replacing two panels was so close to replacing the door that it just made more sense to do that. I can’t stress enough that I felt like our choice to replace the door was OUR choice, we weren’t pressured into anything and that was refreshing. I am excited for our beautiful new door and would recommend this company!!

Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. He gave me a couple of options for the amount of work and the costs. My garage door looks new and acts like it’s new! It’s not making any noise and its moves are so smooooth!

I was having an issue with my garage door making a very loud popping noise after opening or closing intermittently, Chad came and looked the door and watched the video I had of it popping. He was very professional in his communication and was able to relay his technical knowledge effectively. Since he was here the door would not replicate the issue for him to see it first hand, as you would expect because that’s how life goes. After discussing the operation of the door and what could cause it he gave me options on a way forward and more knowledge of what he was eliminating as an issue and why.
