The PGD tech called me in advance, he arrived on time and explained everything to me so I understood the issue, how he would repair it and what the cost would be. He was professional and courteous. When he was finished, he re-explained what he worked on, explained the warranty and took my payment. I have had Precision come to my home for years to make repairs and give my system a tune up. They always have great people. I highly recommend them for any garage door need you may have. Great job!!

He was knowledgeable and I felt he had my best interest at heart. He provided SAME DAY service and it only took a couple of hours. I had a Preision garage door installed in 2013 and had my first sercvice call today. The wall mount remote was failing...probably due to me pushing the button too hard. I believe me service man was named Hadden, I beliefe, was outstanding, friendly, polite, competent and thorough. He gets 10 stars from me.

We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. I was highly pleased with my service from Precession Door and would recommend them to my friends.
