Precision was great! I used the text feature after hours last night and by 2:30 today my garage door was fixed and working beautifully. Riley was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He made the necessary repairs quickly and respected my time so I could get back to work. I will definitely use Precision again, and recommend them to my friends and customers.

Dalton arrived earlier than expected and called before to confirm. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided options and allowed for questions. He installed our new opener quickly and efficiently and answered all questions before finishing the job. Dalton is a great representative for the company. I called at 8:30am and was given a time frame of 10-12, however, Tim called and said he was done with a previous appointment and could be at my house earlier than that. Tim was very professional and efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half. Very happy with the service and would recommend your company to my friend and family.

I appreciated that my technician was exactly on time for my appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was experiencing clearly. He was very efficient in completing the needed repairs. When the job the was completed, he also gave me some clear tips for maintaining the life of my garage door. He also did not attempt to sell me extra parts/repairs that I did not need. Some of my old equipment was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty there. He was a professional in every way.

2nd time using your company due to the Excellent service from a prior visit -Allen the service rep did a great job and very personable. He is a (5) for sure as he installed a new garage door opener as discussed before he began,installed the unit then went over instructions, programmed my control/key pads and told/showed me in the booklet how to put app on my phone. No complaints and I’m not a “noisy neighbor “ anymore yeah!!!
