Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The technicians installed a new garage door opener in only 35 minutes and hauled away my old system. They trained me on how to use the new system and even assisted in programming my car with the garage door opener. Their service and expertise was worth every dollar!

technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He fixed the issue I was having with my garage door. The man who did the work was very good. He knew what was wrong and went about fixing the door. It only took him about an hour to put the new springs on the door. He was very neat. He told me what was wrong and what I could do. I would recommend him to anyone for garage door repair!

Fast on time service. Walter was eash to work with. He explained to me the problem and offered solutions. We needed a conversion from a old style lift to a up todate version. The old cable system broke. He worked quickly to replace the lift and cleaned up after his work. I recommend Precision. Make sure to ask for Walter.

I gave you 5 stars on google but then I saw my invoice and I gave a check in full but the invoice does not state that is shows a full balance and also I did not get the senior citizen discount that I got last year as I am 77 years old. So you overcharged me and I am not happy about that as your tech was here only 15 minutes and just had to reset the motor and lubricate the system should not have been $142,98 sorry your tech did me wrong.

Frank responded to our request for service in a timely manner. He was very easy to talk to, and took the time to make sure we understood how to install a new 9V battery in the garage door opener and keep the opener maintained. He also sold us a new opener for our other home's garage door. The entire experience was easy and left us glad we called and asked for help.
