Service Representative called to see if would like for him to come earlier than the original time, of course this perfect by us. We showed him the issue and he began looking at the springs and agreed that was our issue. He also pointed out other issues and priced it for our consideration, there was no forced or misleading information and the service representative accepted our decline at this time for additional service. The service representative replaced both springs and cleaned up any mess that was laying around on floor. The service representative was polite and friendly and completed the job very quickly.

The garage door, now about two or three years old, was not working. I called Precision because they installed the original door and replaced it efficiently. The technician called me to let me know he was coming. He was cheerful, polite, and completely informed about what he was doing. His courteous service did all the repairs and replacements needed. You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing.
