After checking numerous reviews on different sites I decided to call Precision. As noted in some of the reviews Precision had a technician at my door within hours. I already knew I wanted to replace most of the old system so had researched prices up front. When my technician, Reggie, arrived he inspected my existing set-up to determine what was in good condition and what he thought should be replaced and why. Reggie then presented several different options and associated costs. I was pleased to learn the prices were highly competitive and made the decision to proceed with the installation. Reggie was quick, efficient and delivered a first-rate installation. Following the installation Reggie went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before departing. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a professional technician and company.

Wes Texas came out to my home on time to fix a broken door bracket. Was very thorough, gave me a quick review of components and then estimate of repair. The team that installed my Genie came out promptly, gave me an estimate, and had all the material they need to install the Door opener. They did it in less than two hours and provide instructions on how to code fobs. They were very friendly, curious, and efficient. They cleaned up and left with no trace other than a brand-new garage door opener. I recommend them highly!

I am very happy with the job the 2 of them did. They showed up on time and even completed the job before they said they would. Back in 2000, Precision Door installed a new motor and rollers for my old garage doors. They did a great job. So, 3 years later, one of the old springs for my garage doors broke Sunday night. I called Precision Door Monday around 1:00 PM and Chad was here around 2:00 PM. Chad replaced both springs and cables and bearing plates. He was cleaned up and on his way by 3:30, and I had a working garage door again. Pretty amazing. Thanks

Called for an appointment. Was scheduled the same day and the technician, Michael arrived within the given time. Michael and his assistant completed the job consisting of belt drive garage door opener, sensors, remote fobs for the vehicles, outside key pad and wall switch in an professional manner. Wesley was terrific! He was enthusiastic and exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He patiently explained everything he was going to do to ensure our 3 garage doors were working safely and properly. In addition to inspecting and "tuning up" our doors, he installed a new keypad, replaced the bottom rubber of all 3 doors, re-programmed 4 garage door openers. We will ask for him for future garage door maintenance visits!

I called 3 different companies this was the only one that actually answered the phone and had someone knowledgeable enough to speak to me. They sent someone out the same day that I called which I thought was remarkable. They sent to gentlemen named Reggie and he was fantastic. He spotted what was wrong immediately and fixed it quickly. I did not realize that the door had jammed at the top. He fixed it in no time and I was not charged very much for the immediate response to my service request. I highly recommend this company.
