This morning called Precision garage door service, and they send me a technician within an hour. Cameron the technician was very pleasant and very familiar with product that he installed. he installed it about 2hrs, that's includes the setting up the Apps to our phones and able to open the garage door thru our vehicles. Thanks for the very quick serviced. I recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service in future.

Always gives us excellent service and prices are reasonable and not very expensive! Carlos gave excellent customer service!! We had a garage pad replaced and it had been installed since 2017 and never had to even replace the battery! The battery holder was worn when looked at by the tech. So we decided to upgrade the panel. Carlos did a great job and very friendly and knowledgeable! We have. Even using Precision Gatafe for some years now.

Our garage door arm broke off this morning when I tried to open. I called Precision and they gave same day appointment. Technician Rey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the arm to make everything work properly. He also gave suggestions on replacing the opener and door. For now this was our best and cheapest outcome. Will definitely call Precision in future when we are able to replace.
