I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself! For your sake I hope your garage doesn’t fail BUT if it does or you’re just looking for an upgrade, these are the folks to call! Thank you Ray for all your help!

Great, on time even called to give me an arrival time update and could arrive a few minutes early which almost never happens. Assessed problem with the door and explained it to me. Fixed and out in less than an hour. Super nice guy. This was the least stressful repair of a month long of repairs and trades in my rental unit that was destroyed by the last tenant.

Charlie arrived an hour early, which was great! He quickly determined what was needed to fix our garage door and then proceeded to do the work. After he repaired the door he adjusted the settings on our garage door opener and lubricated the door. It was a very nice experience.
