"EXTREMELY OVERPRICED "Easy to contact and excellent timing. Technician was great and knowledgeable about garage doors. Replaced both garage door cables, all door rollers, the metal bar for the tension springs and adjusted door. Lubricated hinges and tension springs. A quote was provided before any repairs were done. I would say door was repaired and left in excellent condition. However, I would say that it cost $1,300.00 after 10% military discount, so very expensive. I will update after a few weeks of putting door to use.

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!

I got home from running errands and closed the garage door. I heard a big BANG! I thought someone or something had hit my door from the outside, so I tried to open the door but it wouldn't open! I called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes, Josh arrived ready to tackle the problem. He replaced the spring and a few other parts and voile my garage door was once again operational.
