My double garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door and a technician arrived within the hour. Riley inspected the system and showed me the extensive rust and corrosion on the 2nd spring and assembly parts. I decided to have both springs and assembly repaired. Technician Riley arrived at the scheduled time. He experienced the issues I had opening and closing the garage door with the new opener that was installed eight months ago. He quickly identified the issue: vibration had loosened bolts that caused the sensitive computer in the unit to cause problems. He tightened the bolts and the problem was solved...and at no charge to me.

Very prompt service. Mitchell Dehler was the technician and he could not have been nicer. He explained charges and gave options. He works very quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated several features of the new system and even programmed my car remote. He cleaned up the garage before leaving, taking all the trash with him. I purchased a motor, springs, remotes, garage door opener, keypad. A storm had destroyed the motor and other parts were old and in need of replacement.

Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.

I called Precision and within 30 minutes I had a technician onsite and from the start he was very courteous and professional. Within 15 minutes he inspected the damage and gave me a quote which I thought was fair, and he started to work. Within 3 hours he had completely overhauled my entire garage door system to include new springs, rollers and bearings and the wire pulley system. My garage door operates like a brand new door.
