Made adjustments, lubed door, adjusted opener travel limits. Confirmed repair, and door is operating properly (and quietly)/ Received quote for opener install on Bay #3, and may place an install order in the near future..

I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Whenever my garage door needs servicing are any other problems arise this is the only company I will call from now on. Thank you for employing such good employees please and having such a good company that is honest and has honor.

Called at 11:30 AM and 2 service guys were at my house shortly after noon! One spring had broken and they replaced both springs in approximately 45 minutes. Professional, friendly guys and the garage door is back in operation and runs more smoothly than before! Very responsive customer service and high quality work.
