Immediately diagnosed problem; offered options; he had all repair materials on his truck and within an hour we were back in business. He hauled away all replaced parts. Our springs needed to be replaced, and we searched the web for a company to do the work. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected. Very satisfied with the interaction with the company, from initial contact to email's confirming the appointment with photo's of the technician provided to the repair itself. Completely satisfied and am very pleased Sean is our technician should we encounter ANY difficulties with the work performed. Five star customer service!

I found this company on Angies list, and read very positive reviews. They did not disappoint. The person I met with was very professional, and easy to work with. I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.
