I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future. There names were Frank and Michael and I cannot say enough about them! Within less than 60 minutes my garage door was fixed. I would recommend Precision to anyone anytime!

We had a problem on our garage door late at night. The next morning, I called (found this company via Angie's List) about 9. Devlin showed up just before 4 and took care of the problem quickly. He explained what he did and why. The cost was only for a service call. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

Nice job all around. Professional technicians, appears to be a quality built door, on time with scheduled appointment, got it and knocked it out. Price was exactly as quoted. How do you beat that?

Tim was fantastic. Bottom line.... Our garage door didn't work. Springs snapped, rollers were too loud, and fried the motor. Needed all new stuff. Tim gave us our options and did not pressure us. We chose the lifetime warranty packages. We are very happy with our purchase and installation.

I was impressed with Precision's website so called. They exceeded my expectations with same day installation of a PDS 800 belt drive opener (within 2 hours of my call). Jason, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with instructions and installed the opener quickly. We can't believe how quiet the opener is. 5 star rating and great experience!

Tim arrived as scheduled and had called to confirm the appointment. He inspected my garage door, discussed my options and provided me with a quote for the required work. Everything was completed as discussed and my garage was left as clean as it was before Tim arrived. Thanks for a job well done, my garage door has not been this quiet in 15 years! Replaced springs, rollers, bearings, 3 hinges and both cables.

Bill was my appointed service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite while serving my garage door. He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.

When I read in your display ad that a live person would be answering the phone I was hooked! I was able to get an appointment for the next day which was a big help. The service man Chad did an amazing job of revamping my garage door system. He was totally professional and obviously an experienced technician. He assured me that if I had any problems all I had to do was call. I'm going to recommend Precision to everyone I know. Sincerely, Gail Payette

We found your company on the internet. Our garage door had failed and would not close. The listing on the web showed that you serviced Middleburg and we were quite anxious to have the situation resolved. Frank Cassidy is a very personable young man and worked well with the man working with him on this job. We are happy to have a smoothly operation door opener and a quiet door as well, thanks to your technicians.

Our experience with Precision was awesome, truly. The phone was anwered quickly by a courteous person who gave us a time window. The technician called ahead & was on time, as promised. The tech was also very courteous & knowledgeable about our specific door. And, he did not try to upsell anything we didn't need-just fast friendly, honest repair at a reasonable price on a Saturday night with our car stuck inside the garage! Thank you!!

Awesome job by the installer Tim. The torsion spring broke on our garage and the chain for the opener snapped trapping our cars in the garage. Called Precision late that night and got an appt for the next morning. Tim walked me through all the options - no hard sell. Now I have 2 whisper quiet garage doors, battery backup, and outside pads. Tim showed up on the early end of the appt window and completed within the timeframe he quoted me. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend.
