We called Precision at around 3:30pm and was told that the tech would be at our house between 4 and 6. He called at 4:00 to let me know he was on his way and showed up at about 4:20. We needed a spring fixed, which was repaired in about one and half hours. He also installed a new garage door opener which took a little over an hour. I believe Chad did a great job and was very pleasant. We chose Precision from online reviews. They may not be the cheapest in town but the work is excellent. We are very pleased.

This was the second time I used Precision to diagnose and repair my garage door problem. They were at my residence within three hours after I contacted them. The two man team diagnosed the problem and replaced my garage opener with a new drive unit and belt drive. The finished the job in about an hour including the inspection and lubricating of all door components. The job was perfect and the door operation has never been quieter. The clean up was excellent. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. The job is certainly five stars.

Here's what they did: Replaced torsion springs, rollers, mounts, garage door opener, remote keypad, remote button, old drive mechanism, pulleys, cables and other miscellaneous. Here's what I think: Scheduling simple (albeit I was confused thinking I was talking to an answering service), they called to let me know they were coming; they arrived at the scheduled time. Both Tim Van Vuren and Devin were fantastic to deal with - explained everything thoroughly, provided expert advice, cleaned up after themselves, I wish every contractor could be this good. I did more than I anticipated but I believe it is a good thing, no complaints from me. I'll not only call them if I need them, I will recommend them to anyone I talk to that has issues with garage doors. They even helped me program the homelink in my car - thanks for that!

The reason we chose Precision Garage Door service was that our garage door spring broke (which had been replace previously), our cars were inside the garage, and we were upset with our situation. We telephone another Garage Door Service, and they did not return our call in a reasonable lenth of time. We had seen Precision advertised in the "Money Magazine", and we called. Within 20-30 minutes your Employee, Chad, was rining our doorbell! That is service!! He was very professional, was willing to try to do whatever we wanted to do with the door....but he knew as we did, that we needed a new garage door. Today, Thursday, 2 young men brought and installed the new door (taking our old door down), their names were Cody and Devin, 2 very fine, polite, friendly, and very good workers. The door is very nice, sturdy, beautiful, and the young men we have dealt with are an asset to your Company. We are very pleased, and will certainly recommend Precision Garage Doors very highly to our friends and neighbors. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant experience.

Excellent service from this company. I had conducted some brief research with regards to estimates and the kind of work needing to be completed. After reading some reviews, Precision received our business. When Frank arrived he was both courteous and professional. Before he even began the work, he discussed options/packages to consider in the prevention of future mechanical breakdowns. After some discussion, we chose a package that suited our needs. His no-pressure sales ability was further reinforced when he actually showed us the worn down parts that we would've eventually need to replace. At that point, we were confident that we had selected not only the right company but, they had sent the right installer to help fix the problem. I would commend Precision for their experienced employees like Frank and will most assuredly recommend this company to our friends/neighbors should the need arise for garage door issues. This is my first experience with Precision doors and I was impressed. The technician (Frank) arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had repairs completed in about a half hour. My online coupon was accepted and I ended up paying less than I expected. The door works great now and I will definitely be using Precision again for any service needs, or when I eventually need a new door.

These guys are outstanding! A lightning strike took out our garage door opener but hubby knew something wasn't right with the springs on new-to-us home. Don't have techs' names handy (Frank was one) but they were very professional, knew there stuff, didn't try to oversell, explained options to hubby and finished in a timely fashion. They also taught/gave us new information about garage doors and how they SHOULD work. Very helpful. We are very pleased with their work! Will highly recommend Precision to everyone we know! The service was excellent. They honored their comment to come within 2 hours or the service charge was waived. Sean was very personable and professional. He took care of getting my door back functioning that same day. The repair was not completed. There was a delay in getting one of the parts. After having to wait 7 days for the correct part to be shipped Michelle in customer service contact me daily to keep me informed. Michelle was very nice and courteous. A Job well done. I have 2 neighbors that have since asked me about my repair service with Precision Door. I gave great reviews and will refer anyone for garage door repair

I chose your company because your ad on Google Chrome came up on the top of the list and when I called the receptionist was courteous and I felt comfortable dealing with your company from that point forward. Sean did an excellent job even though the heat may have gotten to him and he wasn't feeling well but finished the job. I would recommend him and your company to anyone needing garage door work.
