Precision installed my garage door in 2012. I love the quietness of this door! I had an unforeseen issue so I made an appointment. Bill arrived within the designated time. I really appreciated that he called me first to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Not for a minute did I feel as if he was trying to up-charge me or sell me something I didn't need. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and reliability. We had a new double door installed last week. Precision personnel arrived on schedule, professionally installed a quality door in a short period of time. Devan was our service tech on the job. Very professional and great customer service. The homeowner was in need of a bottom panel replaced. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15' door. Just a suggestion... Add the "service performed" - Quote for a new door

Gil did an excellent job. He pointed out some other deficiencies besides the obvious broken spring. We replaced the rollers and end bushings and that helped quiet noisy operation. Gil was right on time for the appointment. He explained "garage door maintenance" also. I thought I would have to wait till Monday. I will rate your service 5 Stars. Thank you Carl Herrmann
