Very pleased with your quick response. Chad was out the same day I called and was able to replace my broken torsion spring. I am not one for purchasing add-ons and upgrades but Chad showed me the wear and tear on my unit and I felt comfortable with the extra work down to replace the bearings. First got say how nice the notice of tech knowing an seeing pic of who's coming over.Cause then I'm not nervous about my girl being home if I'm not. 2nd tech came over walked me through the problem an maybe future problems. And that felt good knowing. 3rd tech Sean was very good didn't speed through double checked everything. An was still done at a decent time. I will refer them to my family and friends.

I was having problems with my garage door not responding to the remote. It turns out the logic board in the old unit was defective. The tech, Chad, arrived before the appointment time, found the problem,and replaced the old system while on site. He didn't leave until the job was complete.He was at least an hour past his normal quitting time. Chad is an example of great customer service. Thanks for everything
