I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.

We chose Precision because we needed a company that worked on Wayne Dalton garage door openers. We had the springs repaired last year & were warned the main unit would break soon. When it did break today, I was Extremely impressed by the promptness of Precision to send a tech! Tim's timing was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the repair situation, offered us the special, which I thought was a good deal & accepted it; Tim did the work, expeditiously but thorough. Devan was our service tech on the job. Very professional and great customer service. The homeowner was in need of a bottom panel replaced. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15' door. Just a suggestion... Add the "service performed" - Quote for a new door
