Technician was awesome, clean-cut, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Fast, extremely efficient company. Had all the parts necessary on hand. They showed up on time over a holiday weekend. The only thing that would hold me back from giving them 5 stars was cost. They are on the pricier side but do a good job. I'll use them again!

The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what he was going to do and roughly how much it would cost. He also lubricated the door rollers and gave me advice on how to properly maintain the door. I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision for any future needs...

First, I will admit I was skeptical on their 2 hour guarantee but to my surprise that is exactly what I got!! Sean was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't even think I was crazy when I said the door was possessed because it would close and then reopen on its own free will and screamed like a banshee. He laughed when it closed and reopened and said "Oh, this is an easy fix!". To my surprise it was just a screw loose (nope not in me but on the door). And he heard it screaming as it opened and closed so he knew the demon possessing it would need to be completely eradicated! Sean explained that the demon was actually the rollers and they were just old and cheap. He said it was an easy fix too and it was! Sean was able to fix the door and make me happy because it is quiet as a mouse now and he was able to eradicate that demon. AWESOME Service!! 5 STAR all the way

I purchased a new garage door with opener and battery backup from your company, the door product is good quality, But the installer told me I would have to caulk the outside vinyl trim and exposed nails, My wife and I were very disappointed with this as the salesman never told me that this was not a complete finished job, After spending almost $2000.00. Having been in business myself for 40 years and working with customers I would think $3 dollars of caulk would have been included. Bill Rucker in Fleming Island

I was surprised to be able to get my garage door spring replacement scheduled the same day I called. The technician Bill S. gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and arrived within the time given. I could tell he was very experienced in his trade and completed the work efficiently and quickly. I have full confidence in his workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Door to anyone. Technician was at my home in less than three hours after I called for an appointment, was very thorough in explaining what was needed and even gave me three estimates depending on what I wanted to spend. Although I spent more than I intended doors had not been serviced for over 10 years so they needed some work which came with a lifetime guarantee. Work was done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend. Rate as a 5.

Definitely 5 Star Service. I spoke to Shelby late afternoon yesterday who assigned my job to Mr. Jason Sheppard. He called me immediately to scheduled a time of arrival. There was NO wasted time, Mr. Sheppard called me this morning and now we have a Brand New Lanier IDO 50 System installed with warranty guaranteed. We are extremely pleased. Job Well done! Very prompt and diagnosed and fixed all in same day that I called for service. Life time warranty was a good thing to have and they even washed my door down when some lithium white grease came through to the outside that I noticed several days later. Not sure how to compare to other companies, but I like this one. Courteous also.
