I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future. There names were Frank and Michael and I cannot say enough about them! Within less than 60 minutes my garage door was fixed. I would recommend Precision to anyone anytime!

Bill was my appointed service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite while serving my garage door. He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.

Called at 2pm on Saturday. Guys arrived at 4pm. Our garage door was horrible....in two hours, Precision fixed everything and it is working better than when it was new. Precision is great!
