We chose Precision fro the garage door tune up because they got good reviews on Angie's list. The men that came out to service the door were courteous and professional. They gave us honest answers to all our questions. The garage door runs smoother now. When we need a new garage door or opener, we will call them again.

Called last night to inquire about installation of new garage door opener. Was able to speak to person and not automated system which I was impressed with. Harold came out today, prompt and very courteous and installed my new opener and I could not be more pleased with it, I am so happy and very impressed with the rapid timely response and professional courteous service. He called me to let me know he was on his way and how long it should take to arrive. He was actually a few minutes early. He made sure I knew his name and properly introduced himself when he arrived. Your website was very professional, when I called for an appointment your internet was down, but the CSR advised she would call me back ASAP, within 15 minutes she had returned my call and set my appointment. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected. Very satisfied with the interaction with the company, from initial contact to email's confirming the appointment with photo's of the technician provided to the repair itself.
