5 stars for EXCELLENT service, performed 6/22/2015. The office responded to my phone message promptly, making an appointment for next business day. The Technician was Jeremiah, who phoned in advance to advise of his arrival; he even arrived slightly early due to favorable traffic. He was appropriately dressed, polite, knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything as he went along. My door had several issues that needed to be addressed, and he handled them all quickly and efficiently. Not only do I highly recommend them; I used them because a neighbor down the street had had an entire garage door and system installed last year and he enthusiastically recommended PDS to me.

Jeremiah came out and did a great job. He had to fight my suspicision he might be upselling me needlessly. It turned out he was right on, replacing the springs, rollers and bearings. The result was a big performance improvement, like a brand new garage door.

Three other companies wanted to replace the door. So many expenses in maintaining a house. It is overwhelming. My 6'5" guy was able to bang a little metal, add a little steel and fix the door so well that it actually worked better than it did before. And, looks. From the outside you can't even tell that one of the panels was severely bent. Not even a slight scratch. How did he do that? Miracle worker is he? I chose Prescision based on their Ad indicating that they cared. Jason made that claim a truthful claim. Not BS like the other companies that I contacted. I will recommend Jason and Precision to my neighbors. And, further, when I back the car out of the garage without opening the door first, I will call Jason/Precision (to replace the door, LOL) Lew Sawyer, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl

I received same day service even though it was not an emergency. Bill, the technician was very personable and honest. I thought I needed a new bottom seal on my door but after examining it, Bill said it still was in very good condition. He reshaped it and adjusted it a bit and there are no more leaks. He could have replaced it and charged me even though it was not needed but he show great integrity and saved me that money. He lubed all my door parts and the motor as they were making noises. This is my second experience with Precision and I have been very pleased each time. I will continue to call them for my garage door needs and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors as well. Thanks to Bill for being prompt, courteous, friendly and above all maintaining the integrity of your company.

Found Precision on Angie's List with very good ratings and recommendations. Great responsiveness ... called at about noon and the technician, Devin Malle, arrived at about 3:30! He quickly analyzed the problem and recommended appropriate solutions at various price ranges. Once a solution was chosen, Devin quickly and expertly made the repairs. He was very polite and clearly explained both the problem and solutions. Overall, it was a great service experience and I would highly recommend Precision.

I called this morning and they had a tech out the same day. Jason was our Tech to "tune up" our garage door. He did a fantastic job !! He took the time to explain how the different parts of the garage door worked. He also advised what we could do to help maintain the condition of the door. Researching Garage Door Service companies in NE FL led me to PRECISION. The website introduces the company, its services and the technicians who perform the work. The reviews of individual techs are reassuring. The reviews reference customer service as superb. My technician, Tim Van Vuren, stood out. He "trained" me on what I needed to restore my garage door operation and he "trained" Damien (an apprentice). Both of us learned from Tim. I am very pleased with the service performed, the quality-appearance- courtesy of the techs and the clean-up after the job. I purchased warranty support and look forward to dealing with PRECISION in the future.
