Our garage door quit working and a very polite, knowledgeable technician came out to fix it. A screw had come loose and got caught so the door would not go up or down all the way. He put a new screw in, replaced the rubber bottom and the cables (at no charge). He did a great job in a very timely manner. Very polite!

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

Garage opener Assist spring was repaired. We noticed the garage door was broken and within approx 2 hours of noticing the breakage, Precision had 1) answered my call on a Saturday night, 2) sent a technician to my residence, and 3) had the garage fully repaired and serviced in that SHORT time frame. I was frankly AMAZED with the service and will strongly recommend the company if the repair doesn't fail, which there is no indication that it will. Rated 5 Stars. The Technician was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasant surprise. Precision was the first option via Google Search, which is why they were my first and only call for service.

First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.
