I was given a two hour window, my technician arrived closer to the first hour which made me happy, he was polite and seemed very knowledgeable, he changed out my noisy rollers cleaned up after himself,took my payment and immediately emailed my receipt which included a suggestion of parts that will need to be replaced in the future, he was in and out and there was NO pressure. Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door. Jerimiah was very thorough in his inspection of my double garage door. Of course, the broken spring was a given, but his explanation of the age and worn condition of my rollers, bearings, along with the spring replacement was a low-pressure approach to aiding me in choosing the extent of repairs that needed to be made. The before and after repairs brought a whisper-quite door opening and closing. He is a great asset to your company.

It was time to replace my old wood garage door and read reviews of several companies. I decided to go with Precision because of their reputation and because I had used them previously to replace rollers. Jason Stewart came to install the new door, with windows, and worked tirelessly in the heat removing the old, very heavy door and installing the new one. He wasn't satisfied with the way the edging around the door was fitting and came back to adjust it until he was satisfied. Jason is a good worker and an asset to the company.

I was locked in my garage, spring broke within 2 hours a very nice young man came and had it fixed. Spring broke I decided to have new springs and rollers . This young man was quick and did not pressure me to buy anything however he did say that if one spring went the other would follow I work in a service industry and was very happy with the quick and efficent service from precision.
