System currently have is original upon build of house (19yrs old). There was no pressure nor "sales pitch" to entice the purchase. can't comment on the product yet (garage door opener) because i just got it installed. However, AJ, my tech was very helpful in helping me make some major decisions on certain avenues I needed to take. He also made sure I got all the discounts I was entitled to. Product was rather pricey I thought.

My garage door was not closing properly and the technician immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. I had some questions on the lubrication of the door as well as the operation of the door when the power is out and he took the time and carefully explained what to do. He was very courteous and competent and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door issues.
