Michael came today to fix my garage door. He was definitely on time, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues to me and answer my questions. Extremely polite. I am so happy with the service and I would recommend Precision to anyone. I will definitely use them again. My house is 30 years old and I will need to replace the garage door in a couple of years. Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem with the door very quickly. The install bolt heads had a ridge on them that was catching on the side of the rollers and causing a loud snap as the door was being raised. He replaced the bolts with rounded heads and the problem was gone. BTW, I called in the AM, got the visit by 2PM the same day and that's pretty darn good response to a customer.
