The technician (Ryan Lanzack) showed up exactly when he said he would which was refreshing as I had just run off a "guy with a truck" who showed with no advance call as was promised. Work was done fast, professionally and at the price agreed upon. Not an expense I had planned on or was particularly happy about, but dealing with a professional like Ryan took some of the sting out of it.

Professional, helpful and polite. Nice two hour window of expected arrival that met my schedule and they arrived right in that time window. Fixed what I needed, made a thorough check of the rest of the door structure and mechanical components. Provided a helpful recommendation and a cost saving way of addressing it. The door operates quieter like when it was new back in 1997. The only company I will use for any door issues.

Ryan did a very good job on the service call. We agreed that the fundamental problem was with one remote which Ryan checked and verified that it was non functional. He checked out the rest of the door and the lift mechanism very thoroughly and treated with the lithium grease. He then programmed the new remote, verified its operation and explained the operation to me. Ryan was quick, efficient and very personable.

The two gentlemen came exactly on time and called ahead. After listening to the loud noise my garage door was making, they showed me where the problem was. The screw was slowly making its way out of where it should be holding the total weight of the raising and lowering of the door. They added a reinforcement bracket which saved us from buying a whole new door. Thank goodness!
