I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we'd need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.

Michael did a fantastic job by calling 1/2 hour before he got to the home and then explaining what was going on with the door. When I asked him about a new opener he explained in detail the benefits of a belt driven opener and the warantees. Very pleasant to work with this company and with Michael the technician.

I give my service from Precision a 5 Star service rating for an all around outstanding service! The Admin Assistant took my call and asked the right questions for all my information, then set up a same day service call. Technician Ryan was on time to meet me outside my garage where we both lifted the disabled door. He disassemble the springs, conducted an assessment and cost for repairs; then gave me options to choose to repair the door. I gave my approval with a packaged choice to repair the door; the repairs were performed, he showed a demonstration of the the door operating correctly and how to properly care for the door operation system. Finally, he presented me with the invoice charges for services rendered in which I paid using a credit card; he then explained that I was to receive three separate emails to include my receipt. Everything went as smooth as possible...Outstanding Job! Thank You!
