Frank was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a slow concise manner so I could relay the repairs to my fiance who wasn't able to be there and was at work during the repairs. Precision Garage Door definitely puts their customer first. It begins with their email introducing their technicians. This made me comfortable when the technician, Frank Cassidy, came to my door. Frank was professional and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Now my garage door is quiet and opens efficiently without making my garage door opener work on overload.

Set an appointment to have noisy door fixed; technician was very professional, knowledge of all of the garage door mechanisms and did a complete inspection. Did a good job of explaining the reasons behind his recommendations, including replacing springs with the correct size and balance for the weight of the door. I will use Precision again when the door opener needs replacing, and I would recommend your company. And the door is now SO much quieter!

We were very pleased with the garage door opener and how quite it operated. We would give Jeremy an 11 based on a scale of 1 being poor service and 10 being excellent service. Jeremy was very professional and polite. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone wanting a garage door or opener. We will probably be having Precision do a conversion on our garage door as it is a new house with a very poor quality garage door.

The service I received from Precision was exceptional. About two years ago, Precision replaced my garage door opener as well as my garage door springs, rollers and cables. I selected the Liftmaster Elite series garage door opener, the best model opener available then, and it was professionally installed. It runs quietly and smoothly. Even after two years of use, my garage door is still expertly balanced. Everything has worked perfectly since Precision's installation. The reason I called Precision for service now was completely my fault, as I had erroneously cleared the brake points for the garage door while linking my car to the opener. It just seemed like a good time to have Precision routinely check out the garage door and opener. (I have a Precision lifetime warranty on the parts and labor for the garage door refurbishing they did.) Jeremy spent a lot of time and effort getting the opener working properly again. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door equipment or services.

My garage door broke late afternoon on Saturday and I was not able to get anyone to fix it that day. Monday morning I saw the ad for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in The Home Mag and called. The lady that answered my call was very nice and efficient. She set the appt and sent a confirming email with the name of the man coming to my aide The web site has pics of the repair technicians which is a great security feature. Tim called and was able to get to my door earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant were very nice and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand and make a decision on what to do. Even though I was locked in the garage for 2 days, I am glad I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
