My service technician was Austin Mattes he called before he came out was on time and was awesome very knowledge about what was going on and took care of the maintenance I needed immediately. on a scale of 1 to 5 they would be a 5 all day.

We had a garage door installed on 6/21/18 by Dan and Gilbert. They were on time, professional, courteous, extremely organized, thorough and very fast. Dan was the last one here and showed us how to operate the new door using the code box and the car openers. The door is so quiet, you don't even know when it's going up or down. We love it and would recommend you to anyone that needs any type of garage door work. Thank you very much.

What an awesome experience I had today with Josh, Precision Door tech! First off, my call to PD was great. Customer Service handled my issue timely, answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment promptly. The tech, Josh diagnosed the issue and explained my options. Josh did a great job repairing the door. He made sure I was satisfied with the work he proformed. This is my 3rd relationship with PD and I will continue to call on them for my garage repair needs.
