Kody Hohman did a fantastic job of repairing my problem garage door. He replaced rollers with ball bearing Nylon units that really quieted the door. He also replaced missing nuts on door hinges that were causing the door to malfunction. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Precision in the future. Excellent company

I am from NY and needed repair on door. Your advertising promised same day service. I called and was given a 12 -2 window. Shortly after 11 I received a call from Jerimiah who let me know he just finished his last spot and would be there by 12:10. At 12:07 the phone rang and Jerimiah was outside. He explained what to expect during call. He quickly diagnosed he issue and explained what caused the issue and what he would do to fix. He was punctual and very polite. He represented your company extremely well and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on how he handled my service call.

This company was spectacular....the gentleman that came to service our door literally hopped over furniture in our garage to fix the problem. Tim and Frank did an OUTSTANDING job! I was so confident in their knowledge and expertise that in addition to the Spring repair I had them replace my rollers, cables etc. The door is now incredibly smooth and quiet. After the repair was complete by Tim, we realized the rail to the garage door opener had a stripped gear. Frank came by and was able to fix the garage door opener at no additional charge to me. I felt like both Tim and Frank were experts at their tasks and they really cared about me as a customer. I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family. I would highly recommend your company!

I told him that I was relying on his honest appraisal as, like many seniors, the financial outcome is very important. We called at about 10:30am On Sunday and given an appointment time of between 2:00 and 4:00. We recovered a call before 2:00 saying the technician was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Jason promptly found the problem and made the repair in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions. This was the second time that we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and was very pleased both times.
