Our Tech was Michael G. Came to our home on a Sunday, arrived in less than one hour from my call, and did a great job fixing my damaged garage door. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going, told me the cost associated with each step, and left 90 minutes later with an operating garage door. Will I call Precision next time?? Simply Outstanding. Ryan is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. I was most concerned with the noise of the opener, and he recommended the perfect unit per my requests. He even put up with my St Bernard's wanting to help him. I got exactly what I asked for, you can hardly hear the door go up or down. I highly recommend Precision. One more thing Michelle who took my call was also very professional working out a good time for Ryan to come out.
