Our garage door quit working this morning. Your company was the first one we saw with a 5 star rating on Google and now we see why! When we called at 7am, someone answered and got our details. I highly recommend Precision Door Service! My opener went out and I called for an appointment at 8:30am and someone was at the front door at 9:45am. The total time for installation and repairs for a complete opener and rollers was about an hour! The new unit is super quiet! Very satisfied with the quality of the new unit! And no worries about having to leave the door open waiting for a repair since they came out right away.

I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. Tom was very easy to talk with and took the time to answer my questions. We definitely recommend Precision Doors and Tim.
