I called Prcision on Monday Morning about 9 am. I was told that a technician would call from 12 - 2 pm. I was called at 12:20 pm. AJ arrived at 12:40 and began work. AJ is a very professional & dedicated employee, he answered all my questions and had my garage door working like new at a very good price. An excellent job by two techicians who cooperated well to complete a major repair and replacment of two large door openers. They didn't have a special rail which one of my doors required, and rather than delay the repairs waiting for the part, the owner, Mr. Sheppard, delivered it to my door as the work progressed. Good teamwork!

The spring on our garage door broke so I called Precision Door and they were able to come out that same day. Richard and Michael were polite and knowledgeable when explaining my options. I decided, at that time, to just have the spring replaced but asked for an estimate for a new door as our existing one is over 27 years old. I appreciated their professionalism and will use Precision Door for all of my future garage door needs.

I called Precision after spending four miserable hours trying to install a universal keypad. I tried all the codes on the 18" list of instructions, nothing worked. I called Precision on Wednesday afternoon about 3:00pm and scheduled an appointment for Thursday between 10:00am and noon. I received a call from Sean and he arrived about 10:30. He went to work immediately and was able to diagnosis the problem and fixed it in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was very cordial and professional in his work and in diagnosing the trouble. I highly recommend Precision to all my family and friends in the future. A good company is hard to find, but this company and Sean are number one in my book.

Well, I was very pleased with the service, the promptness, and courtesy of the tech. For something that happened so quickly (broken spring) I was so thankful that I could have it taken care of in a timely manner with no inconvenience. Jeremiah performed our initial install and was extremely professional and courteous, leaving no mess and fully detailing door operation and expectations. I required a follow-up visit and received same-day service. Jeremiah happened to be nearby and was able to address my issue by adding some additional lag bolts. Very impressed on both occasions.
