I called for an appt. The technician was at my house in 2 hours. He articulated the problems. We agreed on the repairs. It took him about 2 hours for the repairs. Technician was always checking on my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and would choose no other. Quality plus!

This was my first time ever having to use a garage door repair company. I went on google to find a garage door repair company and Precision door came up with some other repair companies, but for some reason I chose Precision and I thank God I did. I called them on Monday afternoon and they sent someone out on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Not only was that a fast appointment but the technician came a little early (Michael) and look at our problem. He not only look at the problem and fixed the problem , he explained what he can do so we would not have that problem again. Precision's technician Wes did an excellent job of explaining options available to fix our garage door. Due to the door opener's age we opted to get a whole new opener. His work was thorough and he patiently explained all of the new opener's features. He cleaned up his work area afterward and explained the warranties, etc. Very pleased with the job he did. I called Precision with my door problem on Monday at 4 PM and by 5 PM today the garage had a new opener! Wow! What service!

I called in the morning and my door was fixed by the afternoon. Jeremiah called to ask if he could come earlier than he was scheduled. He was able to fix it right on the spot and was super friendly . I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for fast excellent service. It was also less expensive than the a few other quotes I received when checking around for prices. .

Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company!
