When I needed work done on my garage door it was just my good fortune that, after an online review of companies available, I selected Precision Door Service. The technician they sent was Michael Gavandalli. He called before he came and was prompt. Descriptive words I would use to describe Michael are competent, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. The next time I need garage door work I will not leave my choice to luck I will call Precision and ask for Michael as my first choice of technicions.

Took a week from the initial diagnosis to the new door, have to figure out how to shorten that up. The initial repairman did a great job showing up the door until the new door was made. Crew arrived early this morning and was very efficient in installing the new door. Just did a great job.

24/7 service caught my attention and it was the first name to come up in google search after typing Garage Door Repair Ponte Vedra. Instead of telling me they someone could come tomorrow or the day after like other places, they were able to send somebody out on same day even if at 8:00pm. Mr. Frank Cassidy was on time, knew what he needed to do, had the parts needed and fixed our door in one hour so we were able to close it for the night.

We had a garage door opener installed last December and it stopped working. Billy came out recently and had to play detective. It took him a good while, but he finally found the problem. Here I was on a Saturday at 4 o’clock in the afternoon when my garage door became a problem. Found ad in Angie’s List magazine & also Mint magazine & decided to make a call. Was very impressed by fast service as Mike was at my door within 35 minutes. Problem was immediately taken care of. Apparently one of the wires on the sensor had been defective. Mike took the time to explain what had happened & was very professional & courteous. Would definitely recommend this service to all my friends.
