Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. Timely install of my door package and walked me through everything afterwards. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t want to give my money to any other company. We have used Precision Door before. Tim and his trainee, Tom, were both very professional and did a great job, adhering to CDC guidelines. We only needed a tune-up today, but Tom educated us on new garage doors and garage door openers. When we decide to replace either item, we will ask for Tim and Tom again. They were both very respectful and an asset to your company.

Recommended by a neighbor, each employee I interfaced with was professional, polite and informative. Chris has someone contact me and set a time to respond that was on the money. Mike came out and gave me a full explanation of what was needed, what my options were for the repair, with associated costs and expected time frames. Precision repaired a door opener previously for me. Another opener needed a minor adjustment prior to the sale of my home, and I called Precision because of the stellar service I received before. The tech came out the same day I called and made the minor adjustment. I was grateful for his expertise and quick service. I called for service on Sat afternoon and they were here Mon morning. They promptly determined the cause of my door problem and advised me of what needed to be done before proceeding. They had all the parts with them and repair was completed in no time. They were both quite professional and personable. They sanitized their work area when done. Also, incredibly mindful to the current Covid19 concerns, he wiped down all the surfaces he touched with a lysol wipe and maintained a proper distance. Excellent service! Overhead springs broke, door would not open. Called Precision, they were here, less than 30 minutes. My 20 year old system was on it's last leg. Replaced my opener. It was under warranty. Only cost to me was the labor fee. These guys are the best! I call them for all my garage door needs. Not the cheapest but the extra you pay is well worth it. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

I just had a new garage door opener installed today. Allen was my tech and he did an amazing job. He did not even take an hour and he replaced the spring as well. He was very personable and professional. He explained things in laymen’s terms so I could understand. I would highly recommend this business for your garage door needs. There was no trash left and he left my garage clean..
