Alan was our service tech and I was super impressed with both his professionalism and efficiency. Our garage door opener needed to be replaced and he gave us options for service to choose from. He also didn’t try to oversell me, he happily provided a quote for a new door which will likely be purchasing in the near future and it will be directly because of our experience with Alan that we will continue to use Precision and recommend them to everyone we know.

Excellent service and quick response. Needed a cable repair and ended up just replacing our 15+ year old unit. Forgot how quiet a garage door can actually be! Jeff was a true pro, offered excellent recommendations and never pressured any of the sale. They even went out fo their way to bring a motor unit out so the job could be done right the same day. You can read this as the customer was "up-sold" but it was the right service our house needed and it's how Precision Works. Highly encourage giving this company a call.

Jason was a great tech. Friendly, attentive, quick work and good work. My only disappointment is that I was required to produce life-time warranty paperwork on my motor from 12 years ago. It would be nice if the company maintained their customers' warranty information rather than requiring the customer to produce paperwork 12 years later to be able to claim the warranty.

In an era of being disappointed by vendor services I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision Door Service. I called because one of my garage doors wasn't closing properly. Again, I was expecting to be put on hold and eventually make an appointment to have someone come to our home later in the week. My call was taken promptly and a service technician came to our home the very same day. Frank the technician was friendly and it was apparent that he new his "stuff" when it came to garage doors. He had the door fixed and serviced, tightening all the connections, lubing the rollers, and making sure everything worked correctly in less than an hours time. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Five Star work. Thank you

I chose Precision Door Service of Jacksonville based on the numerous positive reviews (I liked the uniforms and trucks too) and I was not disappointed. After my first scheduled technician called to advise he would be arriving late due to a previous job, Precision immediately re-assigned the job to another technician, Jeremiah who responded well within the original time slot. Jeremiah was extremely polite, professional and courteous and figured out quite quickly what the problem was. Not only did Jeremiah replace the damaged part in a timely fashion, he totally serviced my opener and door so it works like a charm now. In addition, Jeremiah went out of his way to assist me in re-programming all my remotes, exterior keypad as well as my vehicle home link system. Thank you Jeremiah ... you were awesome!! My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to utilize the coupon on their website which I was told I would. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all my family, friends and neighbors when and if they require any garage door service. Thank you!!

He confirmed my guess that my old, noisy opener was beyond repair, explained my options, and worked efficiently to make the replacement. He was a good conversationalist, and a good instructor.
