Wow! I totally recommend this company for your go to source for Garage Doors. Our garage door decided not to work this morning and with a quick check on who had some of the highest ratings in our area( St Augustine ) Precision rated the highest. Their website also allowed me to customize my appointment which was totally awesome at 6am in the morning!! Riley called before showing up exactly on time!!!!! and he was just so very informative and skilled at his trade. He even took the time to greet our golden retriever to let her know that everything would be ok ...I loved that!! She did too!!!! So, Precision Door was just so easy to deal with and I gave them a five-star rating because that is all that they allow on this application. Worth a few extra stars in my trade book!!! Recommend Highly!!!

Broken 32 year old garage door. Called Precision Garge Door about 3:45 pm Friday afternoon. Dalton arrived at our house at 4:15 pm. We purchased a new garage door. Dalton was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, funny, and just a nice guy. I called on Monday to make a change because I changed my mind. I spoke to Michele, she was so helpful and understanding. Got my issue taken care of for install on Wed am. Chance and Kyle arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Kyle was making sure he wiped down the door before he left. Thank-you Precision Garage Door. I will definitely send people your way.

In this case, Kaleb King was an exemplary representative of your organization. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered our questions completely and concisely. He didn't deliver a 'hard pitch' to upsell us on additional equipment/services, but instead, provided us with valid information that allowed us to make the decision to replace some of the system hardware. My garage door would not open so I looked online for someone to repair it. I found Precision has a 5-star rating so I gave them a call. To my pleasant surprise they scheduled an appointment that same day in the late afternoon. An hour or so later I received a call from the Tech asking if he could come earlier. George arrived soon afterward. I explained the symptoms (the door was down but was trying to close, rather than open) and what I had done prior to calling Precision. He began to immediately examine the opener. After about 10-15 minutes, he called me into the garage and explained what he had found and what he had done to correct it. He had made one major adjustment and then lubricated all the hinges and rollers. This vastly improved the operation of the door over how it worked before it quit working earlier that day. Since there were no parts to be replaced, George charged me for only the service call. This kind of service checks all the boxes: fast response to my call, quickly correcting the problem, and a very reasonable cost. Thanks Precision! I'll keep your number handy for when I need any other service to my garage door.

I called for an annual tuneup because I thought the door wasn't being controlled enough by the motor and chain. The servicemen said there wasn't much they could do about that, but they said it was a very noisy unit, and there were much quieter units available. I accepted their quote to install a Genie unit and it is wonderful! It opens and closes with barely a whisper! The installation by a supervised trainee was done promptly and cleanly. I am a satified customer.
