The service rep. Shane arrived on time, showed me 3 ways to fix my door and gave me the choice and price of each one. I choose one and let him fix it. It was done neatly and professionally. I was very happy.

On a scale of 1-10 I give Wes (MY TECHNICIAN) and I mean nobody else's technician a 1,000,000! Extremely professional and definitely an expert in the field. He took the time to explain things to me and on my level so I could comprehend the material which was a plus!! We discussed everything from family to preventive maintenance concerning my garage. Very proficient in his work and timely. I want no one else touching my garage (including myself)! Huge asset to your company!! From man to man ( including woman) it is a must that you call Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville; you will not be sorry!! PRICED RIGHT!!!!!! OH DID I MENTIONED IT WAS PRICED RIGHT!!!! While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation of a new opener took less than an hour. We were glad to see that the many 4 and 5 star reviews were justified.

Great to have my garage door back in service. My experience with Precision Door Service met all of my expectations. Shane was very thorough in his work as well as his explanation of what the future of my garage door's life expectancy. Looking at maybe changing to a new opener when the present one goes out again. There was an item purchased but it isn't listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.

My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn't come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. An excellent young man to work with. Very pleased

I am very pleased with the service performed by your Technician. I was in need of a new belt drive which he installed and made adjustment on the door springs. He also sprayed lubricant on all working parts and made sure the door was working as it should This was all done very professionally!

Tech Allen called ahead to come early. He inspected the door for needed repairs, gave the price for repair, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. He replaced bad cables and cable gears, reengaged the power drive and tested. He also lubricated all moving parts. Very satisfied.
