Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, arrived 1 1/2 hours after I called for service, and explained everything to us. We even sat and watched him replace everything! Now, our garage door purrs like a kitten. Highly recommend!

When we discovered our garage door motor was no longer working at 1:00 PM, I called Precision (my neighbor had used this firm three years earlier for a door replacement and was very satisfied). Precision had a technician (Wes) on site by 4:30. Wes assessed the situation, explained the various options. Once I had chosen to replace the non-working motor and the springs, he quickly and efficiently installed the new components. The door works great again, and is so much quieter (a new belt drive replaced the former chain drive). Wes explained the new system thoroughly and could not have been more professional. We are very happy with our repair.

Called to have garage door weather stripping replaced. After examining the seals and door, the tech advised NOT to replace the weather stripping saving me over $100.00. Instead, he adjusted the door and solved the problem for 49 dollars, a real bargain. If you want honest prfessional service, give Precision a call, you won't be sorry.
