Wonderful service....and just when we needed it!!! Both cars trapped in garage with broken spring and husband on way out for trip and I needed to get my elderly mom to an important Dr's appt. Mike, our knowledgeable, clean cut and professional technician, saved the day along with a terrific intake operator. We discovered the problem at 0845 and Mike had us up and on our way by 11AM sharp so; from start to finish our emergency was taken care of in 2hrs and 15 mins. Now that is service! Great to do business with! I seldom write reviews but everyone at Percision Door did a great job. Mark McKinnon, the estimator, came when I called, and did a through job of explaining my options for a new door. Don and Chris installed it in less than 2 hrs and took the old door and cleaned up the area.
