Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time. I am impressed with the service and look forward to switching to Precision moving forward with our garage door needs.

My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.

I've used these guys twice now, once to align the sensors and now to get the garage door open. The 24-year-old motor burned out and the emergency release cord wouldn't release. The tech, Kaleb, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he got the door open without having to rip it off the building (my plan). He cut a small hole in the door where he could reach in and un-bind the release arm. It was seriously jammed. The hole is minimal and patchable. And I still have a door that goes up and down while I budget for a new one.

From the moment I made the phone call to check and see if they had any appointments available for repair on a Saturday. Everyone was professional and courteous and very responsive Walter the technician was amazing. He explained everything, checked everything and provided the cost in advance. Once he completed, replacing the springs, rollers and motor he explained what he did how it works and showed us the owners manual and explain the new keypad. Precision was great. My garage door wouldn't open and was making a terribly loud sound. I called Precision right away and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Jason was my technician and he diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me some options for repair or replace. I chose to replace with the new Genie Pro 3120 WIFI since my garage motor was 20 years old. Not only did he do an excellent job installing it but he also went through everything about it and helped me connect my car link system and my keypad controller. He was very nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He also explained various hazards associated with replacing certain parts of the garage door mechanics which I appreciated. This is the third time I've used Precision (once was for a door check and the second time was a broken spring) and each time they have arrived on time, sent a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and resolved my problem. As far as price I feel they are no more expensive than any other garage door company.
