Chance and Kodi arrived 15 minutes early for the install and got right to work. They were both pleasant and professional. They were neat and orderly and organized. They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! My husband and I were very pleased, and we would highly recommend these two gentlemen!

Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

This company is top notch. I called other companies for estimates. One never returned my call. Another one did come out and provided an estimate and was going to call me once the truck came in with the doors the following week. I still have not heard back from them. Precision came out within a couple of days and provided an estimate and set a specific date for the door replacement (1 1/2 weeks later). They showed up within the given timeframe and I had a new door installed in less than 3 hours. The techs were very professional. The door is very sturdy and looks great. Highly recommend.

When we decided to replace our 54-year old wooden garage door (it had served its purpose) and opener that had bit the dust, we called 5 different companies for quotes. Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.

superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues. I have used Precision Over the last five years and have never been disappointed in any way.
