Hayden was absolutely fantastic! My old garage door opener died during Debbie after losing power and I was in quick need of replacing it. Hayden was able to come earlier than originally scheduled and was nothing short of excellent. He explained all the replacement options available, happy to answer any questions and was extremely personable. The job was done fast and he left my garage even cleaner than it was before he came. I love my new opener, how quiet it is and how smooth the entire process went. I will definitely be using Precision and Hayden again as well as recommending them to anyone else!

Not Happy with my Service, We are a Military Family and my spouse it’s a Real Estate Agent! We had searched prices around and the cost for Spring replacements were around $400 mark when the Rep Texas showed up we feel he used the Bait and switch tactics with his presentation and lab top, he never showed us the high end we where paying for he just showed the prices and with all the different types of springs you carry how do we know which one is which,,, And to top it off and confirm our suspicions of being taken bye his bait and switch sales tactic, On his way to his truck after we paid him he even Yahoo to his truck saying “ I love Saturday’s overtime! We are really considering putting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since we feel we were taking advantage of our situation and we’re a Victim of your unethical business Bait and switched Practices!

I first called them a couple of years ago after we had moved into the area and I was so impressed that I saved them in my phone. When I needed a garage door company again, I called them right away and they were here sooner than I could've hoped for. (I was thinking when I should set a date for a new motor) I HEAR Riley say, "I have everything in the van. And he said, "I'll print you a quote" Saw the quote, said "yes" 3 hours later, have a new motor, Riley is heading home.
