Great experience with our new garage door. Installers were very friendly and professional. One very minor issue with noise. Called and they came out the same day. Jeremiah was very helpful and friendly and did a great job fixing and explaining the issue. Very pleased and would highly reccomend this company.

I called this morning to report a broken spring that busted on my garage door. Destiny was kind and efficient. She gave me an appointment for today. A few hours later, Haden came and repaired my garage door. He was clean, respectful, professional, and skilled. He repaired my garage door efficiently. I recommend Precision Door Service 100%.

I am a property manager and Precision Door is a great choice to service a broken garage door and warranty their work, however I had a bad experience with the replacement of a garage door opener. The technician engaged in upselling my tenant. I will not be sending any new business to this company because of the upsell. The technician also took 4 hrs instead of his estimated 1 hr to install, which by itself is not a problem, but after 4hrs it was 11pm and he called my cell to wake me up for payment, instead of having his office call in the morning or invoice my property management company.

I tried researching to the best of my ability to find the best quality. When I compared Precision to the other companies it seemed like The Best decision. An easy decision. Now that I have my door, I absolutely love it. It is sooooo much quieter than the builder quality door that it replaced. The Techs were great, super professional and thoughtful. I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I am a previous customer having had the same (broken door springs) issue on another door a couple years ago. Precision was prompt and courteous and my repair technician Reggie replaced all four springs on my large 18' door in about an hour with no issues.

We needed a PM done on our doors. Called and they had an opening today. Our tech, Jeremiah, called to say he was ahead of schedule and offered to come earlier. Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!

Precision door service was great. The technician fully explained the options and made very good recommendations. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He took all the old parts and cleaned up when finished. Checked the door for any adjustments and ensured that the door was operating correctly. Great job by Wes. Spring broke around 9am - couldn't get garage door opened to get the car out. Contacted Precision Doors via their web site, and within minutes, received a phone call scheduling an appt between 4 and 6 that same day! Wes called and let me know he could come earlier so by 4:30 pm - I had a working garage door, working better and quieter than before. Everything was fully explained, options given. These guys are great ! I'd highly recommend

Bad experience with the first tech that came out to fix our garage door his name is Mike Danforth needs to get better people skills he left without checking his work which left an inch gap on the outside door was not flush when it was closed very poor job sloppy very unprofessional after my wife and I paying a $800 bill. We were very upset , We Called precision garage door repair because of all the reviews I saw four or five stars very disappointed when Mike Danforth left our house ! We contacted your office and they scheduled Jeremiah Phillips to come out to our residence , he was very courteous fixed all the issue and had me come and look at the work he did inside and out of the garage to be sure we were completely satisfied, did an excellent job in Fixin the issues with the garage door I would definitely recommend Jeremiah Philips to anyone in need of door repair very polite knowledgeable tech he fixed all issues with the door in a matter of approximately 20 minutes you guys should definitely hang on to this technician is good with customers and he knows his job thanks Jeremiah job well done .
