Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

The technician arrived on time after giving me an “on-the-way” phone call. He let me explain my issues and we discussed different options without pressuring me toward a pre-determined one, giving me pros and cons for each one. Once I had made a decision, he got right to work and completed the job in the timeframe he had indicated. He demonstrated features of the opener and programmed the Home Link connection in my car. He was entirely courteous throughout the transaction and removed all construction and replaced materials. He left the work site in the same condition as when he arrived.
